1. What we collect

We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the AnterisLab service:

Waitlist signups: your email address, when you voluntarily provide it.
Usage telemetry: anonymized policy evaluation logs (no prompts, no payloads) used to improve latency and accuracy.
Account data: name, company and billing email when you subscribe to a paid plan.

2. What we never collect

We never read, log, or store the contents of your agent's tool calls, prompts, or responses. Audit trails contain only metadata (timestamp, action type, policy decision, actor ID).

3. How we use your data

Send you product updates and early access invitations (only if you signed up for the waitlist).
Operate and improve the AnterisLab service.
Respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

4. Where data lives

Audit trails and account data are stored in your chosen region (US or EU). Enterprise customers can deploy on dedicated infrastructure within their own cloud. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Write to privacy@anterislab.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site analytics.

7. Children

AnterisLab is a B2B product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes

We will post material changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Paid customers are notified by email 30 days before any policy change takes effect.
